President:
	Gary Yamamoto was born and raised in Lihue, and is a 1960 graduate of Kauai High School, and the University of Missouri in 1964 with a bachelor of science in civil engineering.  A licensed civil and structural engineer, Gary recently retired as vice president and partner with a $50M/year consulting engineering firm, having managed the Pacific Rim Office, including Hawaii and the Orient.  He is the past president of the American Society of Civil Engineers-Hawaii Section, the Structural Engineers Association of Hawaii, the American Council of EngineeringCompanies of Hawaii, and the Engineers and Architects of Hawaii.  Gary and wife, Susie, live in Kailua, Oahu.
Vice President:
	Esperanza (Nero) Cadavona is a 1960 graduate of Kauai High School.  She retired from the State/City government after 31 years to become the proprietor and president of Alternative Care Services, Inc. (ACSI) in 1997.   ACSI is a private health care agency that provides statewide services to persons with developmental disabilities and the Elderly under the DHS Medicaid Waiver Home & Community Based Service Program. She previously held positions as Administrative Assistant to Director Robert Fishman, Office of the Managing Director, City & County of Honolulu (1995-1997) and as the Community Relations Coordinator for the Office of the Lieutenant Governor under Benjamin J. Cayetano (1989-1994). She also worked for the Department of Health as a Licensed Practical Nurse and Paramedical Supervisor at Leahi Hospital and Waimano Training School & Hospital for 18 years.  She resides in Mililani with her husband, William.

Treasurer:
	Roy Kawamura was born and raised in Lihue and is a 1960 graduate of Kauai High School.  He graduated from Whitman College in 1964 and was a secondary science teacher at Radford High School for 35 years.  Roy is a former two-term state treasurer, and a two- term state Vice President of the Hawaii State Teachers' Association.  Roy and his wife, Arlene reside in Aiea.
Director:
	Myron Dobashi was born and raised on Kauai, and a graduate of Lihue Grammar School (’57) and Kauai High School (’61). He earned his bachelor’s degree from CentralWashington University (’65) and received his commission in the USAF. He is a Vietnam Veteran, and a retiree of both the USAF (‘03) and Federal Civil Service. Myron rose to the rank of Brigadier General and served as Commander of the Hawaii Air National Guard.   His awards and decorations include the Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Air Force Commendation Medal, Combat Readiness Medal, and Hawaii National Guard Medal for Merit.  He and his wife, Jean, reside in Lihue. .
Director:
	Leland Tottori was born and raised in Honolulu, and graduated from Aiea High School in 1979.  He graduated from the University of Hawaii with a Civil Engineering Degree in 1984, and has a Masters Certificate in Project Management from George WashingtonUniversity.  He has been a Kauai resident for the past 25 years, and has held key positions at the Pacific Missile Range Facility to include Public Works Officer and Communications/Information Technology Officer for the Command.  He is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Hawaii, and is also a registered Project Management Professional.  He is a Past-President of the Rotary Club of West Kauai and current Board member, and is on the Board of Directors for Leadership Kauai.  Leland resides in Lihue with his wife Shirley and has a son attending Iolani School and a daughter at Kauai High.
Director:
	Milton Valera was born and raised in Lihue and graduated from Kauai High School in 1960.  He is the president and chairman of the National Notary Group and the National Notary Association, where he created the Uniform Notary Act of 1973, and its successors, the Model Notary Acts of 1984 and 2002.  He also established The Notary Public Code of Professional Responsibility, the definitive ethical guide for Notaries in the United States.  Milton graduated from Los Angeles City College (’64) and California State University Northridge (’68), where he earned degrees in journalism.  He is active in the nonprofit community, with board directorships at the National Notary Foundation, the Chase Foundation, the California State University Northridge Foundation, CSUN Alumni Association, and CSUN Journalism Alumni Association.  He is a prominent advocate for donor programs in education and is the national chair for the University’s distinguished President’s Associates.  He also serves on several corporate boards.  Milton and wife, Debbie, reside in Woodland Hills, California.
Director:
	Cathy Agoot was born and raised on Kauai and graduated from Kauai High School in 1965 and the Kauai Community College in 1967.  Her career is distinguished by a variety of managerial positions including project coordinator of the Aloha United Way of Kauai, Employment Counselor State of Hawaii Employment Service H.I.R.E., Human Resources Manager of KOA Trading Company, Complaints Officer Office of the Mayor, and currently is the Abandoned Vehicle Coordinator Solid Waste Division of the County of Kauai.  Cathy resides in Kapaa.
Former Director and Original Incorporator:
	Eric Shinseki was confirmed by the U.S. Congress as the Secretary of Veterans Affairs, a Cabinet Member under President Obama.  Eric was born and raised in Lihue, Kauai, and is a graduate of Kauai High School Class of 1960.  General Shinseki is a West Point graduate rising to the highest rank in the Army as Chief of Staff.  He holds a Masters degree in English from Duke University.  He served two tours in Viet Nam.   His awards and decorations include the Distinguished Service Medal, Legion of Merit, Bronze Star, Purple Heart, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Air Medal and Meritorious Service Medal.
